Profile- Sia Trokenheim

Sia was born and raised in Sweden but started to explore the hospitality industry when she took a leap and moved to New Zealand in 2001. During this time she was introduced to the world of flair bartending as she became part of the original crew for the grand opening of Coyote Ugly in Auckland.

When the opportunity came around Sia became the group consultant and flew to Townsville to open up the first Coyote Ugly flair bar in Australia.

Sia returned to New Zealand and worked for Lion Nathan School of Business as a hospitality tutor. During this time Sia became a member of the Flair Blacks where she continued performing in New Zealand.

Sia moved to Australia in 2005 after meeting Leeroy Petersen and has since then participated in numerous events throughout Asia, New Zealand and Australia. Sia is the only female freestyle flair bartender to be doing events in Australia

Profile- Leeroy Petersen

Leeroy Petersen is one of the top flair bartenders in Australasia. Currently he is travelling Australia, New Zealand and China performing flair shows for Companies including Cartier, Virgin Atlantic & Lion Nathan.

Leeroy Petersen started his Flair career in 1997 where he was placed 2nd in the Australasian Flair Championships. He has since gone on to win and place in numerous international and local competitions throughout his career. In 2002, Leeroy won the Bacardi Australasian Freestyle Flair Championships in Melbourne Australia which secured him a spot in the World Flair Titles in Dubai UAE where he placed 6th in the World. Currently Leeroy is the Bacardi Freestyle Flair Champion in Australia.

Leeroy has also been involved in opening some of the biggest bars in Sydney, including Slip Inn, Cargo Lounge and Ruby Rabbit Leeroy was also the Bartender Magazine profile for December 2005.
